Ages
Club: ages 4 through 12th grade. Track: 8U sessions (athletes not turning 9 in 2026; 'competitive' and 'emerging' groups) and Regular Session (ages 7 and older). Tot/Preschool Run n' Fun (ages 4–6) is offered monthly.
When
2026 season started Feb 18, 2026 (optional winter conditioning in January–early February). Runs February through the first week of August for Junior Olympics qualifiers. Regular Session: Session 1 2/18–4/12, Session 2 4/15–6/7, Session 3 6/09–8/03. 8U: Session 1 2/18–3/29, Session 2 4/1–5/10, Session 3 5/13–6/22. 2027 track dates not posted yet.
